REFUND/CANCELLATION
​All our products are freshly made to order and are not delivered frozen. Noughty and Nourishing does not offer refund for change of mind. No refund will be provided for orders canceled after 24 hours. If you have placed an order by accident or would like to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours. Please ensure that you have read the product details and relevant information prior to placing an order. Ingredients and allergen information is provided for each product under their photos. ​

All our products are freezer friendly and can be frozen in freezer friendly containers. If stored correctly our products store well for up to 2 months. Noughty & Nourishing does not take responsibility for any products that are frozen or thawed outside the guidelines of Australian Institute of food safety (click here for more details).

We have a product recall plan and strategy in place, and in the unlikely event of any recall we will get in touch with our affected customers promptly and directly.

DELIVERY
​
Online orders
All our products are delivered between Monday and Friday. Delivery may take a minimum 48 Hours after the order is placed. Free delivery is available for orders over $75 (retail customers only) in the Brisbane Metro area. Additional delivery charges may apply for suburbs outside Brisbane Metro. We hand deliver products to our customers and will require someone to be present at the address to receive the product. If no one is available to receive, the product will be returned to our licenced location and no refund will be provided. Another delivery attempt can be organised by contacting us, however additional charges may apply.

Market Stall orders
Orders can be collected at our market stall, at least 48 hours notice and payment is required prior to collection. If due to any unforeseen circumstances Noughty & Nourishing are unable to attend the market day the customer will be contacted to arrange free delivery.

​Your privacy is extremely important to us. All details collected by Noughty & Nourishing is used solely for the purpose of providing you with excellent service. Your details are not shared with any third party.
